The first time I visited the place, it was very clean and calming. The receptionist was very respectful and helpful throughout my time there. After filling out the paperwork, the waiting time was only 10 minutes, which I was surprised at because other oral surgeon offices or dentists take way longer to see the doctor. At first I was petrified prior to the two extractions, the bone grafting and the tissue regeneration, but Dr. De Fex answered all my questions very patiently, explained me the procedure and he and his assistant made me extremely comfortable.
